The Dandy Crown is a classy cocktail lounge with indoor and outdoor seating that serves small plates, cocktails, drinks, and brunch. Eggholic—Chicago is an Indian restaurant that serves egg dishes and lassi. Jerk. Jamaican Barbecue started as a food truck and is now a popular restaurant that still makes an appearance at local festivals. It serves Jamaican BBQ and rum cocktails in a lively bar.

The museum has different exhibitions, collections, events, and educational programs. Galleria Marchetti is a beautiful event venue that hosts community events and fundraisers. AIRE Ancient Baths are in a restored factory with industrial columns and wood beams and feature traditional Roman, Greek, and Ottoman bath experiences.

Chicago Public Schools is a public school district that serves the greater Chicago area, including River West. The district has more than 600 schools, including traditional schools, charter schools, and alternative learning opportunities.
